Key Features:Bright foliage; Spring flowers; Ideal Acer for smaller garden plantings; Autumn foliage
One of the first tree's to come into leaf on our nursery, Acer ginnala is an excellent choice for those desiring interest for spring and autumn. In spring the early bright green three-lobed leaves are followed by fragrant lemony coloured flowers. The autumn leaves turn to stunning shades of orange and vivid crimson that aren't dependent on soil type. A fantastically useful addition to any garden or meadow, especially where space is at a premium, it grows in good proportions with a rounded crown. Equally happy in full sun or partial shade it can also handle windy sites and any adequate garden soils.
