Himalayan Birch

A beautiful but very rare Himalayan Birch grown for its stunning bark originating from Nepal.  Distinctive lenticels add further texture to the bark with a light canopy of pretty green leaves which helps to create dappled shape.

In spring yellow catkins are formed followed by leaves that are dark green with yellow/bronze tints before falling in autumn to show off the eye catching orange/bronze freely peeling bark.

This tree will thrive in most soil types and can even suceed in wet areas.  For best growing plant in full sun.
